The whole process happens in the browser. The guest installs nothing and creates no account; tapping the code on the table is enough.

Scans the QR code
The code on the table is scanned with the phone camera. The current bill for that table opens in the browser; every ordered item is listed with its quantity and amount.

Picks their share
There are three ways: tick the items they ate one by one, split the bill evenly with the rest of the table, or type the amount they want to pay. The total is recalculated instantly as they choose.

Adds a tip
They can pick a preset percentage or type their own amount. The tip is recorded as a separate line, never mixed into revenue in reports, and can be tracked per staff member.

Pays by card
Card details are entered and the payment is taken through a licensed payment institution. Once approved, confirmation appears on screen and a digital receipt is sent.
Splitting the Bill
Everyone pays their own share.
In Turkey a restaurant bill is usually split, and that is the slowest moment of service. Three different splitting methods remove that moment entirely.
By item
Everyone selects and pays only for what they ate. The moment one guest picks an item, it locks on everyone else's screen; the same item can never be paid for twice.
Even split
The number of people is entered and the remaining amount is divided by it. As payments come in, the remainder is recalculated. The system also estimates the number of people at the table and suggests it.
Custom amount
The guest types the amount they want to pay. It cannot exceed what is left; any shortfall stays visible on the table.
Several people at once
Everyone at the table can pay from their own phone at the same time. Who selected which item is shared live, so nothing clashes.
Digital receipt
The receipt is delivered the moment the payment goes through. No waiting for a paper slip.
Works on every phone
iOS and Android, all current browsers. The code is scanned with the camera; there is nothing else to install.
On the Floor
So how does the server find out?
This is the question we get most. The answer: nobody has to check anything. The table card starts changing the moment the guest opens the payment screen on their phone; no refreshing a page, no waiting for a notification, no walking over to the till to look.

1 · Occupied
The table is open and the bill is being taken. The card shows the customer name, number of guests, time elapsed and the running total. Normal service flow.
2 · Paying by QR
The guest has scanned the QR code and opened the payment screen. The badge changes instantly. The server sees there is no need to bring the bill to this table and does not walk over with a card terminal.
3 · Paid by QR
Payment is complete. Revenue and stock have been posted. The table is ready to be closed, but it will not close by itself.
The Server Has the Final Say
The table does not close until you approve it.
When the payment completes, the window above opens for whoever taps the table: “This table was closed by the customer via QR payment. Please check the table and then confirm.”
The window also shows the tip the guest left; staff know how much was tipped before they even walk over.
The table not closing by itself is a deliberate choice. If the system closed it automatically, the table would look empty while the guest is still sitting there and the flow of service would break. Instead the decision stays with your staff: the table is checked, then Confirmed — Close Table is tapped. If there is no rush, Close later is chosen instead; the table stays marked as paid.
The money has been collected; the confirmation only closes the table's service status.
On a partial payment the table stays in the Paying by QR state, and the remaining amount is updated after every payment.
If a payment is abandoned halfway, the table returns to its previous state on its own; no manual correction is needed.
Why does this happen instantly?
The POS screen opens a permanent listening connection to the server. The moment a payment completes, the server itself pushes the event to every screen open in that restaurant; the screen never has to keep asking “is there anything new?” That is why the table map, the POS screen and the management panel all update at the same time; the delay is under a second.
If the connection drops for any reason, the interface says so clearly, and once it is back it fetches the current state from the server again. So a payment made during an outage is never missed.
Security
The layers behind it.
The payment flow is protected in layers, with both the guest's card details and the restaurant's takings in mind. Everything below is active on every transaction.
3D Secure verification
Every card payment goes through the bank's 3D Secure step. Approval is given on the guest's own bank screen; no amount is charged before the verification completes.
Card details are never stored here
The card number and security code are not stored in our system. Payment is taken through iyzico, a licensed payment institution certified to PCI DSS Level 1; we keep only a reference to the transaction.
Double-charge protection
If the connection drops or the guest presses the button twice, an integrity check prevents the same payment from repeating. The same transaction is never charged twice.
The same item cannot be paid for twice
When one guest selects an item, it locks for everyone else. The lock is applied as an indivisible operation; even if two people try at the exact same moment, only one gets it.
Overpayment block
Payments in progress are taken into account. Collecting more than the table's total balance is blocked.
Encrypted transmission
What the guest enters is carried over an encrypted channel from their device onwards. The payment page sits behind a network layer with attack filtering.
Transaction record
Every QR payment is recorded with its amount, method and time; it can be traced line by line in reports.
We describe our security measures at a general level on purpose. Configuration details, threshold values and internal technical workings are not shared, so as not to make abuse easier. Detailed information is provided on request during corporate evaluation processes.
Pricing
Only when payment is made by QR
The POS system is free. Commission is charged only when a guest pays by QR, per transaction; there is no fee at all on cash and card takings. There is no fixed monthly fee and no setup cost.
