JustQr is a system that manages the restaurant's orders and lets the guest pay their bill from their own phone.
A solution from people inside the industry; as the JustQr team we have experience in running and serving in hospitality businesses. The queues that built up at the till during the busiest moments had genuinely started to grate.
JustQr began by targeting that single moment: let the guest scan the code on the table, see their bill, pick their own share and pay from their phone. No app to download, no account to create; and no server walking from table to table with a card terminal.
The whole order process had to be rebuilt. For payment to work properly, the table map, the order, the kitchen, stock and the till all had to live in the same system. That is why JustQr is not just a payment tool but an ecosystem that carries a restaurant's daily work from end to end. Payment is the natural result of that ecosystem.
How we work
No monthly fee, no setup cost, no commitment. Our only income is the QR payment commission. If the system does not serve you, we do not earn either; that keeps us on the right side from the start.
We cut the time customers spend waiting at the table while increasing table turnover for the business, creating a saving in both time and revenue on both sides.
We allow no hidden clauses in commission rates or in the flow of data; we run a completely clear and open partnership for businesses and end users alike.
Team
We know the other side of the table, the pressure of the kitchen and the stress at the till very well. JustQr was not founded by theorists writing code at a desk, but by a team that came from the floor of the restaurant, cafe and bar business.
We lived through the rush of Friday evenings, the orders that went wrong and the customers waiting at the door because of slow POS devices. That is why we built JustQr not on desk-bound theory, but to offer frictionless, fast answers to the real problems of the floor. For us, every feature is the answer to a need experienced first-hand.
